Sweet Dreams Herbal Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
1 tablespoon dried lemon balm leaves
1 tablespoon dried passionflower leaves
1 cinnamon stick
4 cups water
Honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Once boiling, add the chamomile flowers, lavender flowers, lemon balm leaves, passionflower leaves, and cinnamon stick to the saucepan.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the herbs to infuse into the water.
After 10 minutes, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the tea steep for an additional 5 minutes.
Strain the tea into mugs or a teapot, discarding the herbs and cinnamon stick.
If desired, sweeten the tea with honey or your preferred sweetener.
