Cucumber-Watermelon Salad with Green Tea Dressing Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

2 cups cubed watermelon

1 tablespoon green tea leaves

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions: 

  1. Brew the green tea leaves in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brewed green tea, honey, and lemon juice to make the dressing.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber slices and cubed watermelon.

  4. Drizzle the green tea dressing over the cucumber and watermelon mixture.

  5. Toss gently to coat the fruits evenly with the dressing.

  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  7. Serve immediately as a refreshing salad or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
