Balancing Emotions Herbal Soup Recipe

Ingredients: 

4 cups vegetable broth

1 cup chopped carrots

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped kale

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions: 

  1. In a large pot, heat vegetable broth over medium heat.

  2. Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, kale, minced garlic, grated ginger, and dried thyme to the pot.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Bring the soup to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

  5. Once cooked, remove from heat and let the soup cool slightly.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
