Immune-Boosting Turmeric Ginger Tea Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 cup water

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)

Instructions: 

  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil.

  2. Add grated ginger and ground turmeric to the boiling water.

  3. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Strain the tea into a cup.

  5. Add honey and lemon juice if desired.

  6. Stir well and enjoy hot.
