Metal Elemental Roasted Vegetable Medley

Ingredients: 

1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets

1 daikon radish, peeled and diced

1 pear, peeled and cubed

1 onion, cut into wedges

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets, diced daikon radish, cubed pear, onion wedges, and minced garlic.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Add grated ginger, ground turmeric, salt, and pepper, and toss again to distribute the seasonings.
