Ginseng Goji Berry Warm Tea: A Nourishing Elixir for Vitality Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 teaspoon dried ginseng root slices

1 tablespoon dried goji berries

2 cups water

Optional: honey or sweetener of choice

Instructions: 

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

  2. Add the dried ginseng root slices and goji berries to the boiling water.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavours to infuse.

  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the tea into a cup.
