Sweet Dreams Elixir - Soothing Sleepy Time Herbal Tea Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers

1 teaspoon dried lavender buds

1 teaspoon dried lemon balm leaves

1 teaspoon dried passionflower

1 cinnamon stick

Honey (optional, for sweetness)

2 cups water

Instructions: 

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.

  2. Add the chamomile flowers, lavender buds, lemon balm leaves, passionflower, and cinnamon stick to the boiling water.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the herbs to infuse into the water.

  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the herbal tea into mugs.

  5. If desired, add honey to sweeten the tea to taste.
