Ginger Milk Pudding Recipe

Ingredients: 

2 cups milk

2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

2 teaspoons ginger juice

1 teaspoon agar-agar powder (or gelatin powder)

2 tablespoons water

Instructions: 

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.

  2. Stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.

  3. Remove the milk from heat and stir in the ginger juice.

  4. In a separate small bowl, mix the agar-agar powder with water until well combined.

  5. Pour the agar-agar mixture into the warm milk while stirring continuously.

  6. Return the saucepan to the stove and heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to thicken slightly.

  7. Once thickened, remove from heat and pour the mixture into serving cups or moulds.

  8. Allow the pudding to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until set.

  9. Once set, serve the Ginger Milk Pudding chilled and enjoy its smooth texture and subtle ginger flavour!
